Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

You will be one of the first ten engineers at Clavix Technologies. You will build the core commerce, prescription, and logistics rails that our ventures ship on. Expect autonomy, first-principles reviews, and code that ends up in front of tens of thousands of practising doctors.

What you will do

1. 01Design and ship product features across web and mobile from spec to production.
2. 02Own a critical service end-to-end — data model, API, UI, monitoring, on-call.
3. 03Write clean, tested TypeScript and set the bar for code review on the team.
4. 04Partner with clinical, product and design to translate constraints into working software.
5. 05Improve build, deploy and observability tooling as the team scales.

What we look for

1. 015+ years shipping production web applications in TypeScript.
2. 02Deep expertise in React and a modern server framework (Node, Next, TanStack, or similar).
3. 03Comfort with SQL, schema design, and query performance under real load.
4. 04Track record of owning a large feature or service in a small team.
5. 05Strong written communication — you can explain trade-offs in a doc.

Bonus points

1. 01Healthcare, fintech, or logistics domain experience.
2. 02Exposure to Postgres, Supabase, or Cloudflare Workers.
3. 03Open-source contributions or a personal project you are proud of.
