About the role
You will build the source of truth. Every dashboard, cohort, and clinical audit query starts with your pipelines.

- 01Design and maintain ELT pipelines from operational databases and third-party sources.
- 02Model the warehouse with dbt so analysts and PMs can self-serve.
- 03Instrument event tracking and ensure PII is handled per DPDP.
- 04Partner with clinical for reproducible cohort definitions.

What we look for
- 013+ years of data engineering with SQL fluency.
- 02Hands-on with dbt, Airflow (or similar), and a modern warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, ClickHouse).
- 03Python for pipeline code and testing.
